Periodically, the Leelanau County Road Commission takes bids for paving products and other materials necessary to maintain and repair the roads in Leelanau County.
Pending bid requests are posted here, including bid submission documents and specifications which are provided in PDF format.
If you would like to submit a bid on a pending project, please click on any active link below. As with any bid, the Leelanau County Road Commission Board reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to change quantities, extend pricing for additional years, to waive defects, and to accept any proposal(s) that in the opinion of the Board, would be in the best interests of the Leelanau County Road Commission.

RE: Notice to Bidders for the Fire Alarm Systems Project
The Leelanau County Road Commission will receive sealed proposals at 10550 East Eckerle Road, Suttons Bay, Michigan 49682, until 10:00 AM, Thursday, March 29, 20187 for the referenced project.
Bids will be opened and read aloud. Bidders must be experienced with the respective type of work and have completed similar projects. Qualified bidders may request bid documents by e-mailing a request to Dan Wagner, email@example.com or writing to the above address. Each bid must be submitted to the Road Commission in a sealed envelope bearing the name of the bidder and marked “Fire Alarm Systems Bid”. Emailed or faxed bids will not be accepted. Our office hours are from 7 AM – 3:30 PM and if the bid is being sent by a delivery service, they should be made aware of our hours.
