Person(s) wishing to address the Board may do so during the two "public comment" time slots of our meetings, or by making an appointment. To be placed on the agenda, please contact Brendan Mullane at (231) 271-3993 extension 225 as soon as possible. Appointments will be scheduled on a "first come" basis. As a courtesy, members of the public wishing to distribute letters, handouts or photos are asked to provide them to the Road Commission as soon as possible so that copies can be distributed to each Board member and staff prior to the meeting. Person(s) addressing the Board during public comment are asked to identify themselves, including their home address prior to speaking.

Original records are available for public viewing on site during our regular office hours without an appointment. Copies can be made for a nominal fee.
